Downloaded the latest build (5.0-14095) but it won't recognize my Afterglow XBox 360 Controller. I've tried googling for a solution but nothing useful.

Yep. Just beat MMX2 on my BSnes Emulator, on top of the controller being listed & recognized by Windows in the bottom of the linked image. The green ring only seems to light up when a program that would normally use it anyway is open, such as an emulator, just not Dolphin.

Apparently the problem fixed itself. I don't know How or Why, but it's detecting it now. Strange that it didn't before.
