[Dolphin 5.0 - 11268] - Blurry gameplay

Howdy all!

I've been having some issues lately with blurry in pretty much any game I play. As stated in the title, I'm using 5.0 - 11268 and I can't seem to fix this issue. I read somewhere online that setting the XFB settings to Virtual, but that is not in this build. After playing with the internal resolution a bunch, no setting is working as intended.

If the internal resolution setting seemingly does nothing, then check that scaled efb copy is checked (graphics, enhancements), and disable efb vram copies is unchecked (graphics, advanced)
