Dolphin 4.0 Netplay (Error: Timeout) ?? HELP

Hello, earlier today i played Super Smash Bros Brawl Project M online, via Dolphins Netplay, for a few hours (worked flawlessly) a while later i try to start another session and i get this (Error: Timeout) ???? Nothing on google about this so i stated a new thread...
ATM i can get in a match or two before i get "timeout" again which stops the emulation. If i just wait awhile (2-5 min) it will come to and ill be able to play online again.

My internet connection is pretty solid ive been playing Netplay for the past week without this problem
-My internet doesn't stop working when this happens
- Ive tried renewing Ip (with: ipconfig/renew in cmd)
- Google
-Letting others Host still get d/c

I have Dolphin 4.0.2 Installed & i use Dolphin x64 bit Netplay to play online ....

Same issue on 4.0-6852, which I guess is optimized for Netplay. A friend and I played for about 10 minutes then both of our Dolphin's crashed. When we go to host new games, next to "ID" it just says "Error: Timeout." There's no posts with this phrase found when I search Google with direct quotes, so not really sure what we're supposed to do or why this is happening.

Also, for us it's not fixing after 5 minutes, it's just not working at all. We cannot host whatsoever now, not really sure why or how that would even happen.

The exact same thing happened to me on 4.0-648, and it doesn't work on 4.0-652 either.

Usually it's firewall issues, I can't be sure what. A majority of users are fine on it. The Netplay Builds are unofficial builds, so I don't expect many others to give support.

I'll look into what I can, but that's very limited in what I can do with the traversal server.

Traversal Server appears to be down currently, It'll be back up soon.

Edit: Traversal Server has been restarted and is working.
