I am getting very upset because my Dolphin Emulator 4,0 is very laggy! All of my PC information is listed in my profile. When I go to play a game, (animal crossing city folk wii) it's so laggy and the audio is bad. I've looked all over YouTube and all over these forums and found some ways to speed up Dolphin but it really isn't working for me. I've even tried used Razer Cortex to help speed up my game but still nothing. I can get in the game and play it but its SO laggy; and playing a laggy game is no fun. Can you please help me? Thanks!

First off, your CPU is weak, and may not be able to reach fullspeed (not sure how demanding Animal Crossing Wii is).
Get the latest dev build from here: https://dolphin-emu.org/download/ It is way faster than 4.0 stable 11-17-2014, 05:23 AM

Although my CPU is better than OP's. 11-17-2014, 05:48 AM
I got that and it works fine! But the audio is crumby :/

Low end AMD APU? Forget it. Your CPU is too slow for most of the games, that's why it's "laggy". You can try the OpenAL audio decoder, it'll reduce your audio crackling...
Avell A70 MOB: Core i7-11800H, GeForce RTX 3060, 32 GB DDR4-3200, Windows 11 (Insider Preview)
