dolphin 4.0 dont start with 1080p

Hi guys,

I have a problem with the version 4.0. In Thé graphic setting the Resolution is Set to 1920x1080 and i Set it to use full screen...if i Start any game of wii or gc it isn't full hd...Thé Resolution is always low many pixels i see. What can i Do pls? With version 3.85 it works great with full hd but not with 4.0
