Okay so, I'm sure my overly descriptive Thread Subject has pretty much explained everything but I'll go into a little more detail. When playing Wii games, I like to use the PS Move Navigation controller (I replace keyboard controls when I use it) combined with mouse controls. Basically, this has worked for me in the past with previous versions of Dolphin such as 3.5-367, now with 4.0 this complex control scheme isn't working correctly anymore. Just to be absolutely clear, the controller I use does still work with Dolphin 4.0 but only by itself.

The program I use for my PS Move Navigation controller is a new program called "Better DS3".

If I've left out any details that would benefit you in finding a work around for this, please let me know.

First of all, you appear to be getting dolphin from the wrong site. Get it from the official site -> https://dolphin-emu.org/

Secondly, don't use 4.0. There have been some crash fixes since then, so at least use the latest bug fix version of 4.0 - 4.0.2. And preferrable use the latest development version, which is up to 4.0-513.

Now, in regard to your issue, are you attempting to take the profile from 3.5-367 (ugh) to newer builds? There are a number of changes to the way dolphin handles profiles and button assignments, you should probably redo the profile in 4.0.2.

Hmm, I had no idea there were two different Dolphin sites, very strange.

I'll try out 4.0-513 as you've suggested and I'll make sure to post my findings. Thanks again.

The other site is the old site before we moved in November of 2012. But the jerk has kept it up to suck ad money.

Ah okay, well whatever keeps this project afloat I suppose. Smile

Anyway, regarding my issue. The latest version still doesn't solve it but then again it's really only a minor gripe, thanks for showing me the REAL site btw. Smile
