Dolphin 4.0-7840 not detecting Xbox 360 controller for Windows

Try the last stable version of dolphin 4.0.2. I know for a fact a wired360 controller wroks with that version of dolphin.

I have the xbox one controller, i can't get dolphin to detect it either
