It depends on the game, and IMO this is not the correct thread to ask things like this.

Man, I noticed something: the stutter has gone away! In 4.0.2! Now the game doesn´t stutter unless it´s under 20 FPS. (Tested with Mario Kart DD and Luigi´s Mansion).
