Uhmm.. Game did really no have any problems for me. And as far as graphical wise improvements? They are pretty much identical, and not worth the FPS loss. and if people really need to buy even stronger systems to play the games for minimal improvement(Graphical & Crashes etc ) i think people will stick with the older version, which for me is just working perfectly. The only problem i've seen so far is that in cutscenes (and cutscenes only) sometimes i get a ghosting effect. Which isn't effecting me ingame what so ever.

This is all theoretical. What settings are you using? Post screenshots please.
In general, a Phenom II with DDR2 is going to have trouble running some of these games including TP under 4.0. Can you overclock that thing a bit? It'll help. Your CPU is a big bottleneck compared to your (very nice) GTX 760. 12-19-2013, 08:55 AM

Enable vertex streaming hack and HLE audio. Make sure the game settings don't override the audio. Dial down the anti-aliasing if it's still slow.

Hmm Did those things but still getting quite heavy frame drops really not sure what the problem is(only testing on Zelda atm )

Something isn't right here. You shouldn't be getting frame drops with this hardware. Change EFB to texture as well.
