Note : If there are any threads similar to this somewhere else, please post a link to that thread.

So, I was testing the newest dev version (it's 4.0-1080, but it won't be a "newest" anymore in a few hours) and it just won't boot some games. This also occurs in some previous builds. I'm using normal settings. When I play them, some just hangs there in a black screen with 0 FPS, but few works.

Games tested :

Both Fire Emblem : Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn (freezes when booting)
Paper Mario : TTYD (freezes when booting)
F-Zero GX (shows "dsi exception in lmw" message when booting then crashes after some logos)
Star Fox : Assault (same as Fire Emblem and Paper Mario)
Pikmin (Boots and works)
Pikmin 2 (doesn't boot)
Super Smash Bros. Melee (works)
Super Smash Bros. Brawl (works)
Super Mario Sunshine (Doesn't boot)
Twilight Princess (Doesn't boot)

Any solutions? Or am I using wrong settings?

Cannot reproduce; everything is working fine here on 4.0-1082.

Check their MD5 hashes. They are probably bad dumps.

How far back does it go? This can happen if your Nvidia drivers report that they support buffer_storage when they really don't. What version of Nvidia drivers do you have?

Well apparently I'm using wrong settings. Everything works fine on me in 4.0.2, but sometimes crashes in dev versions. My Nvidia Driver version is 334.89.
UPDATE : In 4.0-1093 Radiant Dawn only boots with MMU enabled.
Paper Mario TTYD still crashes with MMU. I tried using an older revision, 4.0-716, where some BBox glitches were fixed, but when I enter a warp pipe, "Dolphin.exe has stopped responding." message appeared. I don't know why this happened. Sad
