Dolphin 3.5 does not recognize me the Joystick?

Hi friends,

Please, I have a question: I want to know what joystick is recommendable and more compatible with the emulator Dolphin. In principle, I thought to buy the XBOX 360 Wireless Controller.

Right now I have a normal joystick of PCs that cost me 10 euros, but it does not work. The most curious thing, is that the emulator recognize me the "DInput/0/USB Gamepad" device and allows me to set it up but when you start the game does not recognize me the joystick. Only work me the computer's mouse.

By the way, my joystick does not have the "Stick principal" nor the "C-Stick" only the directional Pad. It is a basic joystick.

We no longer have official support of 3.5. Try 4.0.2 or one of the dev builds

What are your computers specs (CPU/GPU models)

I use version 3.5 because the latest version and all 4 versions do not work me well.

This one is my PC specs:

Sony VAIO
Intel Core™ 2 Duo CPU T7250 2.00GHz
2,00 GB RAM
Windows Vista Home Premium (Service pack 2)

NVIDIA GeForce 8400M GT

Did enabling background input help fix the input problems?
