Dolphin 3.0 Very Slow

I downloaded dolphin 3.0 and tried to run new super mario bros wii.
But the game is VERY SLOW !!!

Anyone can help within some tweaks hints to speed up my game??

My PC specs are:

Quad 2 Core Q6600 2.4ghz
2gb ram kingston 667mhz
Geforce 285 GTX 1gb

I already updated my directx

the game is running with 25fps but the game stills in slow motion !!!

what is the percentage of the speed the game is running at?
And what are your settings?

That's not sufficient for running the heavier games at fullspeed without some serious overclocking, even on minimal settings.
