why, Dolphin 2.0 can use the black candy in "A boy and his blob",Dolphin 3.0 donot? maybe copy dolpnin 2.0 wiimote setting to dolphin 3.0?

I'm using the emulator just recently (i own a wii, but zelda in HD with dolphin is like a different game than the normal version on wii) and i must say that is really impressive, even if with some minor bugs. I'm often using unofficial builds (such ExtremeDude2's one) and are also slightly faster.
Can I ask if, after 1 year, the official development proceeds?
I don't wanna know ETA or similar, just if the development continues and there will be a new version sooner or later.
