Dolphin 3.0 does NOT WORK

Here goes. I'm opening my folder for where I downloaded the supposedly better than 2.0, dolphin 3.0. I click the Dolphin 3.0 emulator and guess what..........?

The program can't start because VCOMP100.DLL is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling to fix this problem.

My point. I have reinstalled, and I still get the same problem. Help me/give me the VCOMP100.DLL or something

It does work, you just do not know what you're doing and have not searched the forum with that error for the fix. Do that now please.

Man, read the FAQs or do a little search, this was asked a million times...

if i was a moderator on this forum i would be cruel and unjust and BAN anyone who gives a smart-ass comment without any knowledge of what they are talking about or even lacks the brain power to search the website/forum/wiki for any clues as to why there are issues on their side
