Dolphin 2.0 RC1 is lagging

hello all,
yea yea i know that theads like this"OMFG FUCKING DOLPHIN IS LAGGING AS HELL!" BUT i need your help:

how can i get Dolphin run faster.. idk why but its lagging i use the config of renebarahona( this 1 here http://my.dv-8.me/ssage/board/showthread.php?tid=41) and its lagging,
well i say you my system:
Intel i7 920 @ 3.20 GHZ(O.C)
Cooled with Corsair Hydro H50(i saw renebarahonas video and want to buy them )
Asus Rampage II Extreme
Corsair XMS 3 4GB DDR3
WD 1TB CG
Nvidia GTX 260
Corsair 850HX
SuprimeFX Xi-Fi Soundcard

OpenGL gfx plugin is veeeery slow currently, try Direct3D one

thx for your awnser but its still lagging should i use a ohter build?

Nothing is wrong with build, and your rig can run all games at full speed.

Disable DSPLLE on thread, switch dx9, use efb scaled copy hack, set framelimiter to off.

If with Ocean's advice it's still lagging, then maybe you should disable HyperThreading on your CPU.

ITS WORKING I CAN PLAY IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 500 FPS (or something like it... Ö.ö )

=D what about other games like.... Metroid( i luv it)

Select audio throttle to make the fps slower.

i get many errors with Metroid Prime Collection the text is broken(sry for my english >.< )

Use Safe Texture Cache hack (in GFX settings)

thx the text is ok but now ist stops at the first video
EDIT: and the Trilology version do not work cuz the game frezzes at the loading screen
