Dolphin 2.0 error loading plugins/cant init/configuration

This is my first thread and my first post.. (I'm not sure what's the difference)

I've made this for the people with the same problems as me..

And want them answered.

I've looked all over google and youtube and even this websites forums for the answer. When I click the game to play, the three notices pop up:

"error loading plugins/plugin_DSP_HLE.dlll: cant find file"

"cant init DSP plugin"

"couldn't init the core.
check configuration."


Now I know most of you with this problem, and I, have no idea what this means. But what I have gotten was

-update your directx/ direct3d (did it)
-download a newer version of dolphin (I have 2.0 and all the others are just the same)
-get a plugin (wtf is that)


I don't have experience with dolphin I've only played the vba and nds emus.

If anyone has a solution to these errors that pop up before gameplay please reply to this post ASAP.

Which link did you follow to update DirectX?
Also, have you updated you VC++ runtime components? (there are links in the "Getting Started With Dolphin" thread)
