I was able to get Dokapon Kingdom netplay to work on 2 computers, communicate to each other fine, same settings all set up properly on dolphin 5.0-5949x64, both running an Intel Processer. I have a friend who lives not too far from me, I get about 30ms latency to him, yet we cannot get the game to stop desyncing on frame 0. We have the exact same settings and everything, the only difference is that he is using an AMD CPU, would this really cause a desync? There's nothing else that can cause it. We are able to play F Zero GX on Netplay, but not Dokapon Kingdom, even though I was able to get it to work fine with another PC so long as that PC is also running an Intel CPU. Any suggetions?

Edit: Also, we both have Dual Core Disabled.

Are you able to do 2 player netplay with them? (An AMD CPU shouldn't be the problem)

Dokapon Kingdom is a Wii game, which requires very, very careful setup. Therefore, it's probably a setup issue.

F-Zero GX is a GameCube Game, which is much easier to setup.

I've played PM, Brawl, and Mario Party on the Wii, our setup isn't really the issue, perhaps it's specific to the wiimote, but we have the exact same setup on everything, I even got it working fine on a laptop that also has an Intel CPU, but a PC with an AMD CPU in the same household still gets desync on frame 0, even with the exact same setup.

Yep, can play anything that doesn't use a Wiimote, if a wiimote is hooked up I can't play netplay with any computer that uses an AMD CPU, tested with his PC and another one in my household. Other Wii games work fine, just Dokapon is having the issue currently.
