This only fixes the fifo overflown by gatherpipe errors and crashes caused by the fifo overflown errors. If you are receiving any other error and are still getting crashes with games such as the game you mentioned, it's likely due to another issue and isn't something that the patch would fix. Also verify that you are using the patched builds posted in this thread and not other builds, other builds than the builds listed in this thread don't have the patch applied. Yeah this patch won't fix that, only the fifo overflown by gatherpipe errors and crashes caused by the fifo overflown errors as I mentioned above. The error and crash you are getting looks to be an issue with the JIT recompiler, although I'm not sure, perhaps the developers would know what is causing that game to crash.
Is there already an existing issue open on the Issue Tracker? If not, open an issue on the tracker for this game using the proper format so the developers can look into it. 11-16-2010, 07:29 AM

With this patch it is possible to play Metroid Prime 3 Corruption without crashing?

Does it have fifo overflown by gatherpipe errors and crashes caused by the fifo overflown errors? If not, then this patch won't solve crashes in that game. It's been mentioned quite a few times and even the description for the patch states that it will only fix the fifo overflown by gatherpipe errors and related crashes, it will not fix anything else.

I confirm that Metroid Prime 3 Corruption keeps crashing on both Jit64 and JitIL.
So it does not relate to fifo.

uuh, why does that mean it's not Fifo-related? As far as I know FIFO errors can happen in JITIL just as well as in JIT (though JIT seems to be a bit more sensitive in these things).

Wheres is the patch?? The link is expired. Im interesting in this. I worked in that 1 month in te past. And my conclusion was when FIFO_READ_POINTER_LO, FIFO_READ_POINTER_HI are read in command processor produce this bugs and others. I had solutions but has slowdown in some games. I'd like to review this patch.
