That cpu does run dolphin but for now dolphin only uses 2 cores. Only 2 of that quad will be used and for some games a processor speed of 3.0ghz+ is required to get close to normal speeds. Speeds will vary on each game and configuration. Your cpu though will run dolphin.

yes, my quad q6600 at 2.4 GHZ runs it perfectly with my GTS 250. Yours should also run it perfectly both on OpenGL and DirectX
