Does Tales of Symphonia DoTNW HAVE to run at 60fps?

Cause it runs at 60 fps but in cutscene I lag to 54 and the audio goes all wack.

In Xenoblade the game runs at 30 fps but lags at 26 fps.

It's a 60 fps game, so yes, it has to run at 60 fps. You can try enabling frameskip under the emulation tab, but, that's not guaranteed to work and should be considered a hack.

Some games run at 60/50 fps.
Some games run at 30/25 fps.
Some games are "hybrid". They have both (cutscenes/game itself)
