Does NAND import overwrite save files?

I've been using Dolphin for a few years and on the weekend finally got around to importing a bootmii backup of my Wii's NAND.

Did I just overwrite all my game saves that I've been working on in Dolphin with the ones that were on the NAND?
Any help is most appreciated!

Yes (except for games that didn't have any save file in the NAND backup).
