Does My Computer Have The Stuff To Support A Dolphin Emulator?

Hey!

The reason I ask is because My games seem to run slower than a 3 legged turtle and I don't know if it's the emulator version or not. I'm using Windows 7 with Chrome. The emulator version is 3.5. My computer specs are below.

There is no chance of anything running well on that hardware. Dolphin is not for you if that's what you're going to be using.
Asus Laptop: K53TA
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-Bit - SP1
CPU: AMD Llano A6-3400M, Quad-Core, 1.4GHz-2.6GHz (Overclocked)
GPU: AMD Radeon HD6650M, 1GB GDDR3 (Catalyst 13.1)
RAM: Samsung 4GB DDR3-1333
