... to connect other devices such as mobile phones and DualShock 4?

By the way, is there any Wi-Fi & Bluetooth combo adapter for desktop?

No. It only works for connecting wiimotes.

And I should mention, that to connect a DualShock 4 you have to turn a bluetooth adapter into a PS3 or PS4 bluetooth emulator, which means you can't use them for mobile phones either! Needless to say I have a lot of bluetooth adapters...

That really shouldn't be necessary, there's nothing special about how the PS3/PS4 controllers communicate over bluetooth...

Well that is how it is in practice, all of the options for DS3 and DS4 connectivity override bluetooth on the adapter entirely. *shrug* It could be to get around windows limitations, I imagine it works better on linux?
