next year or 2015 i gonna get a new CAD workstation.
But i don't want to go without Dolphin Emulator anyways..

I know it's a lot of time untill i will get the new PC, but I am really interested in if Dolphin supports 2 Xeon CPUs and 2 GFX cards. If yes, would there be any adventage? Or is a single CPU with higher clockspeed better performing instead of 2 CPUs with lower clockspeed related to Dolphin?

As dolphin doesn't benefit from more than 3 cores (not that there are many 3 core CPUs available) as it can only be threaded so much, it won't benefit at all from an extra CPU being available.

Also, due to there being no support from nVidia/AMD, as well as the way dolphin works, it's pretty much impossible to support SLI/Crossfire, so a second GPU won't help.
OS: Windows 10 64 bit Professional
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5900X
RAM: 16GB
GPU: Radeon Vega 56
