Hm I downloaded Dolphin 2745-fastlog linux 64 bit, I've booted in ubuntu and I'm in the Dolphin folder, after extracting. But when I click the Dolphinprogram icon nothing happen, even though it does recognize it as an executable file. If there's any files I need I at least expext it to try an run, and get an error message...
Halp...Tongue

i doubt if d3dx9_40.dll and xinput1_3.dll will actually run on wine.

Hm I have not much clue what you're talking about, guess I'll need some time to learn this. I just booted it from CD and is now actually installing, I'll probably figure stuff out in a couple of days. A little confusing with all the hidden windows files being visible everywhere, must be carefull not to screw up anythingTongue

o yeah they do
you have to put them inside the dolphin directory as suggested by this page
http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=13374

actually if you follow the advice from this page:
http://wiki.winehq.org/UsefulRegistryKeys
and you change the renderer to opengl you can get even the directx (in the old releases at least i tried and worked) plugin to work
however, as i mentioned later, the wiimote does not work and wiimote mulation via mouse is somewhat funny

Uhm I'm confused, isn't there already a tar/deb package or something for ubuntu? Why would you run in wine in the first place? I have never tried dolphin in linux though, but project64 and stuff like that run great Big Grin

Error at line 45 is likely a driver issue with incompatible shaders. Try clearing your shadercache.
