If you're still having speed issues, you're probably CPU-limited – Dolphin is much more pure-CPU-power-hungry and CPU-GPU-transfer-speed-hungry than it is pure-GPU-power-hungry. (Maxing the clockspeed on the GPU is just to make the CPU not have to wait for the GPU to wake up every time it wants it to do something.) The whole Metroid Prime series is ridiculously demanding – if you have an overclockable CPU, I suggest you overclock it.

These are my system specifications. I think my CPU is fine and it is overclocked too 4.0Ghz.

I was wondering if we exchange IM and you can help me that way instead of exchanging too many messages here.

If fast chat is what you prefer, I and plenty of other knowledgeable Dolphin folks are over on #dolphin-emu on Freenode. IRC is much more better than personal IM, especially since I can't possibly know all the answers.

Freenode has a web-based chat IRC client here: https://webchat.freenode.net/

Just type in your preferred nickname, enter #dolphin-emu for the channel, make sure you can pass the CAPTCHA, then go (the other options aren't necessary). It's just instant chat, so once you're connected, you can ask you questions right away
