I have bought a new laptop (Dell inspiron N 5010) and my specs are :
Windows 7 32bit
intel core i5 M 480 @ 2.67 GHz (4CPUs)
4 GB ram
ATI Mobility radeon HD 5650 @ 1GB
and i have tried to play sonic unleashed on dolphin 3.0
and i can play it at 45 fps (75%) in menu
and at 17-19 fps (63%) while playing it
and i have followed the performance guide but the game still as it was before
so any solutions to make the game faster ?

Notebook cpu @ 2.67 Ghz is toooooo slow. Your gpu is fine but the cpu has to have a higher clock frequency in order for it to perform better at emulation.
PC Specs

MOBO: ASUS M4A88TD-M
CPU: AMD Phenom II X6 1055T [1.356V @ 3.5GHz]
GPU: MSI GTX 570 Twin Frozr II [1.1V @ 900core/2150mem]
RAM: 8GB Dual Channel DDR3
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1.5TB
OS: Windows 7 Pro 64 bit

i have tried to play sonic unleashed on dolphin 3.0
and i can play it at 45 fps (75%) in menu
and at 17-19 fps (63%) while playing it
but when i play Naruto Clash Of Ninja Revulation 3 (wii) i get full speed
and when i play Tatsunoko vs. Capcom: Ultimate All-Stars (wii) i get full speed except during the Special Moves of some characters it slows down to (90%) or (85%)
and i have tried new super mario bros and it gave me full speed it has never slowed down before Big Grin

If it creeps on 3.0 you could try r6505/r6515. You could also try to skip EFB Access
