Do my 32 bit saves work with Dolphin 64 bit?

I currently run dolphin 32 bit but I am planning to install 64 bit os, if I transfer save data to 64 bit dolphin will it be compatible?

I don't see why they wouldn't be.
But in that case, you can always export your existing Gamecube saves to .GCI, and your Wii saves to .bin, and then import them on your 64bit OS.
