You need to use xpadder to map the keyboard keys that the wiimote plugin uses to whatever keys you want on the 360 controller.
For example, I have the mouse movements (wii mote pointer) set to the right analog stick, I have A set to A, B set to right trigger (for firing stars in SMG
) and I have the shake function set to X. This is all you'll need for most games apart from ones that need motion.
edit: oh and home set to start and L set to left trigger.
If you just have a wee go with xpadder you'll see it's very light weight and easy to use and you can have profiles for each game. It's also quite fun moving the mouse round windows with the joystick if your bored....
