But I Will Buy Wiimote+Nunchuck To Play In Dolphin
The Question Is : Do I Need A Sensor Bar?
or A Bluetooth Dongle And Wiimote Is Enough???

Sensor Bar allow you select "menu oftion" like the mouse cursor and in shooting game ....But you can still using mouse + wiimote if you set "Hybrid Wiimote" in dolphin - wiimote config
Motion Plus add-on or the new Wii Remote Plus is only supported by a few games : Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword , Zangeki no Reginleiv , FlingSmash , Red Steel 2 ...

Yes... ALL ALL ALL games need sensor bar... in this web site all say that is optional... is a lie ... absolute all games need (1 game that not use sensor bar is donking kong return).

buy 2 infrared bulbs (u$1)... 2 battery aaa (u$1) and paste the bulb... very easy and put every bulb on monitor ... right an left side. or buy wireless sensor bar in ebay (u$15)
or put 2 candless on monitor.

Is ridiculous play wii games without wiimote-nunchuck... beleave me... if you not has wiimote-nunchuck play with cube emulation games.
