Hey everyone! I'm new here so I hope I am able to find some help!
Little background info. I find myself to usually be a very technical person and I know PCs inside and out, but I think it would be best if I asked for advice on this issue. I built a custom "console" PC, that I use for Launchbox to emulate hundreds of games, and everything works perfectly, except I recently came across a BSOD when playing Dolphin after a few days.
While playing a random Gamecube game (don't remember which one), the game froze for maybe 10 seconds and the BSOD came up with the video_tdr_failure error code. I did some research and many people were saying that it could be because of outdated drivers, which I did end up having some, so I updated everything completely. I haven't played much since, but the games run smoothly when I run them, I am just afraid I am pushing my machine when it really isn't supposed to be running Dolphin at all.
I believe I have plenty of power but you guys know more than me I am sure. Also maybe I am not running Dolphin at the correct settings for AMD. I'm new to the emulation scene. Let me know what you guys think!
Thanks so much!
I am running:
