I've been trying to figure out this problem for the past few days, ever since the announcement of 5.0. The first time I tried to download it, it gave me an error when I started the program "The program can't start because OPENGL32.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." Now of course I reinstall thinking it's just a fluke, but it gives me the same error. I then try to run the previous version of Dolphin that was already on my computer and was working before, but now it gives me the same "Opengl32.dll" error. I'm wondering if anybody else had this problem and has fixed it, or if somebody can help me.

That dll (opengl32.dll) is part of Windows, and should be located in the C:\Windows\System32 folder.
If you don't see it, either something deleted it, or your windows installation got corrupted somehow. You can try to open a command prompt and run: Code: sfc /scannow to see if it restores the missing file.
