disturbing noise/?

when the first time I played I had heard his voice sound disturbing but not too hard so I'm not troubled by that voice, but his voice grew worse and harder until I was troubled when I hear the noise.
Please tell me how to make the disturbing noise disappears?

Well, u use a mobile Intel CPU, right? (i7-2670QM).

LLE is too demanding for most mobile CPUs, LLE usually needs a high-end desktop CPU (like Core i5-3570k @ 4.2GHz). There's nothing you can do, sorry. Deal with the bad sound and have good speed, or deal with bad speed and good sound.
