Mm....What Video plugin are you using....Mm....maybe can be:
-The plugin you are using and its configuration
-The emulator configuration
-Your Graphics Card support or configuration.

Using opengl, and all the configs are default.

use dolphinIL or disable optimize quantizers. that works for some games
