Alright...just got finished reading the surprisingly small list of rules, kinda confused at the youtube video since I didn't dedicate my time to it. Smile

Anyways, I'm trying to get My life as a King to work... no dice.
Thing is, I'll get sound, crappy as it may be. And the framerate dies when the sound hits but I get no visuals with OpenGL. I can get visuals with DirectX9 plugin but it looks like puke and I get "Posmtx stream not supported correctly. 36"

Now, tbh my drivers are old as dirt but it's only because they're not supported anymore. I've had no problems running the latest games so I figured this would be ok as well...Angel

Intel Pentium 4 Hyperthreaded 2.8ghz
2gbs DDR
Diamond Radeon x1650 Pro 512mb AGP

Rev2902

I've tried other revisions, and the same sh*t keeps happening.Undecided
BTW I haven't posted this thread directly related to the game because I doubt it's the game's fault...considering I've followed snapshot setups and still got shafted.

Sorry for double posting but I want to update my problem. Smile It's not pointless bumping IMO...anyways.

Update:Ok so I downloaded a hotfix for my AGP drivers and nearly pissed myself when it worked and didn't crash...

The game works now, but I get crappy framerates...
Now I understand my computer isn't the bomb... But I can at least run Crysis on medium settings. I guess since I'm emulating a console it's that bad but can anyone recommend some helpful ways to raise the framerates? (Without having to buy anything new - For the smartasses)
EDIT: BTW I did read the sticky. Smile But here's hoping someone else had similiar issues and found a solution.

Heh, I tried that, turning off all the options in HLE
Should I try LLE? Honestly I never did just cause I have no idea wth it is.

don't. Dolphin doesn't come with the files needed to use it. You have to dump some files off of a gamecube Sad

Tongue Well I don't own one so meh... I'm getting random *ss results everytime I configure this thing... Sometimes the remote stops working, sometimes I get decent framerates. Sometimes I don't. Sometimes the analog messes up, and sometimes this thing just pisses me off lol...
I'm pretty sure it's directly related to me having an AGP card, old hyperthreaded cpu and DDR ram....

Would people STOP jumping on others' backs, trying to see if they're pirates or not. There are no cookies in it for you if you pry this nugget of fact out of someone...so only report actual, hard-fact piracy.

Also, please explain what the "legal reasons" are that someone needs to own a wii/gc in order to use dolphin? There are no dumps from either of the systems _required_ to run games. So what's your argument?

I've removed the post in question. I'm sorry if I offended anyone.

Considering I'm only trying games that I actually own I couldn't conceive how I'd be breaking any laws since I paid for my rights to backup my files...

On the flip side I'm guessing I'm pretty much screwed unless I get a newer PC eh?
