Disney's Guilty Party

I'm trying to play this game, but all I get for almost every screen (save for maybe one) is just horizontal streaks of blurred color. Does anyone have any idea what could be going on here? I'm using revision 6298 and DX9.

graphic glitches are very normal for many games and i believe there is no fix.
