disabling wiimote

in svn 3404, how do you disable wiimote?
it seems like wiimote is kinda slowing down emu....

tell me why you'd wanna disable wiimote and therefor have no input in wii?

I think that he is trying disable the wiimote for Smash Bros Brawl (appear a wiimote controller, and a Gamecube controller...maybe for that..)
Somebody know how to disabled that?
