Disable Hotkeys when using Keyboard

Hi everyone,
Download Dolphin recently to play Animal Crossing. I don't have a USB controller, so I wanted to use my laptop's keyboard instead. Got it set up, all the keys mapped how I like it. However, when using the keyboard as the Gamecube controller, the program's hotkeys are still active (for example, W stops the game and S takes a screenshot). This becomes incredibly annoying, especially since I like to use WASD for the analog stick.
Is there a way in the Mac version of Dolphin to disable these hotkeys? Thanks in advance!

Oh, that old bug's still happening? The hotkeys aren't actually supposed to be set that way, you have to re-set them by going to Options > Hotkey Settings in the menubar. Look over here for more info: https://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu/issues/detail?id=5324#c10
