Dirt 2 - Very Slow!

First off just wanted to say thanks for developing this software

I have a problem with Dirt 2, its so slow its unplayable. The FPS meter stays around 30-50% when in game.

I have tried changing numourous settings, none of which make any difference.

PC Spec -
E7500 @ 3.67ghz
4GB DDR3 1333
GTX 460 OC

Using Win7 64bit and latest version of Dolphin.
Does anyone know why it runs so slow? I have seen videos on youtube of it running perfectly!
