I still think it's a mistake to remove D3D9 entirely from the revisions. There's still stuff that's glitchy with D3D11 (in particular HD packs), and personally as an ATI user (because NVIDIA seems to benefit the most from OGL) I don't really feel inclined to be forced to use OGL that's potentially slower than both D3D9/D3D11 to make those glitches disappear.
Oh well, I'll be using Dolphin 4.0-146 until there's a workaround for those issues.
