Bug 
I have a huge bug with the Directx 11 and experimental directx 12 rendering for games like dragon ball z budokai tenkaichi 3 , tenkaichi 2, Sonic colors, and Mario cart Wii.

My 1st the Amd E1 -6010 cpu which can run 92%Wii games at ( 19-25 Fps) And GameCube Games at (25-45Fps). When running Dragon ball Z games in Directx, No lag would occur But a huge bug would happen when you go in game or like in a battle.
In OpenGL the game would Lag heavenly And Character models hair wouldn't show on screen.
A Picture of What I mean is below.
This will occur Not only in The Stable Versions but in the Latest builds as well.











Question: I Know Now you guys are trying to render directx 12 on dolphin, But would the dolphin emulator have the potential of rendering Vulkan Api Soon?  Big Grin

We'll have a Vulkan renderer as soon as somebody makes a pull request for one.
