Directx problem

Hi, i've a problem with Dolphin.
When i lunch the program, it give me the error :"This application has failed to start because XINPUT1_3.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem"
The solution is install the latest version of directx, but i've installet in my pc the directx11 and the error doesn't disappear.
What should i do?

You... you tried eating the program?! xD

Jokes aside... download this and install it.
Restart your pc if neccessary and try again. It should work.
