Just the edges looks a little bit smother on aa but not as big diference as you would expect

It's not real AA, and it's not worth the performance hit that weaker video cards suffer from with it enabled anyway.

but i got a extreme good card so i dont notice lol
and mu cpu is clocked to 4Ghz its a quadcore so i can handle it perfectly

Yes, for you it's fine, but there is hardly any noticeable difference with it on. I run games in 720P and that is good enough without AA.

ssaa is real and is functional in dolphin. For me, it makes wiisports background and boxing ring look better.
