So let's say DX 12 was implemented... and from what we read here, the workload is spread out, bringing it all down to 50%, making full use of mullti-cpu setups.. and more accurately for this thread, budget PCs that still aren't able to fully run all the perfected perks, offered in the most recent builds of dolphin.
You see where I'm getting at? Dolphin currently utilizes dual-cpus, implement this... and it should be yet another big step in optimization, wouldn't it?
