No way is DX9 deprecate, not as long as the bug where the sun shines through the foliage in TLP still exists in DX11.

I don't think you understand what deprecated means. It was officially deprecated a long time ago.

I understand it alright. I meant for me, it's not deprecated. BTW, is it possible to implement pixel metrics into D3D9, so that the scrubbing level in Mario sunshine would be playable in D3D9?

AFAIK, pixel metrics have already been implemented in D3D9.

EDIT: Yeah, they are implemented.. dunno if they work though. The wiki hasn't been updated to reflect the recent implementation, yet.
