Directionnal pad PS3 doesn't work

Hi everyone,

I use PS3 controller with dolphin and it's working pretty well with one controller.

But the problem is when i connect an other PS3 controller, i play with a wii game wich is configurated by GCpad, not Wiimote (kind weird but it's working like that).

And the problem is : When i connect a second controller all is ok for it, the D-pad too, but the first controller wich was connected first, loose the control of the D-pad and doesn't work anymore !

In conclusion, the first pad which was connected work but loose de D-Pad fonction and it's doesn't detected when i press de D-Pad.
In stead of the second which works fine.

I've tried Xpadder to check if my pad controller is damaged, but it's not. The two controller works fine on Xpadder. It's a dolphin problem


Can someone help me ?

that works fine with MotioninJoy DS3 Tool
the second controller is another device detected by dolphin... you need to change the device

GameCube Controller 1 Plugin
select Device XPadder Pad 1
GameCube Controller 2 Plugin
select Device XPadder Pad2

go Into the Controller Config in Dolphin
right?
Configure Controller 2
click into the device list (top left corner)
there should be listed..
*keyboard/mouse
*game controller 1
*game controller 2

if there is only one controller listed...
make a screenshot of the device List...
if there are 2 controller!
select for player 2 the second controller
and for player 1 the first controller

(or just try Motion Joy DS3Tool)

I've actually done that, separate device for different controller on dolphin but when the problem is that de D-Pad work on the first controller, but not on the second.

it don't recognize when i press the direcetionnal button..

i don't know if its a xpadder problem...
because dolphin isn't the problem

i'have motionjoy but i tought it was only a utility to connect my ps3 to my pc, how does it works ?

it's like xpadder you join "keyboard+mouse movement" to the "ps3 controller movement" ?

no motionJoy emulates the ps3 as a generic windows controller...
just connect the ps3 controller via motionJoy
and its useable in dolphion

Personally I used motioninjoy to emulate Xbox 360 controller with PS3 controller and I had no problem whatsoever on Dolphin.
