I agree with you on that, what i say may be ridiculous, but can't dolphin's connection program communicate with the divers to add the buttons?

If not, what I believe it's the case, is there any chance these default drivers can be modified to be able to do that?

I had some bad experience with a Wiimote braking because of such tool (forgot whether it was HID Wiimote or glovepie)
