Hi there,
I've recently got a new laptop with:
Core i7-3610qm 3.2GHz
Gtx 670m
8gb ram
And I've tried to run dolphin on it.
At first I tried Direct3d9 because it should be the fastest, but I discovered that a game like nsmb wii only ran at only 50-60% of the normal speed!
After that I tried a couple of other games with direct3d9, opengl and direct3d11 and discovered that all the games ran faster on direct3d11 then on the other 2.
Problem is that direct3d11 still causes alot of slowdown since it's the most heavy to use so I want to know if there is a way to fix my direct3d9?
For instance, I've got super mario galaxy 2
Direct3d9:40%
OpenGl: 70-80%
Direct3d11: 75-90%
And yes, I know that it is only a laptop and that I shouldn't expect the best performance, but at the wiki I saw that Mario galaxy 2 ran at 55+ fps with a weaker cpu and graphic card!
If anyone can help me, that would be great.
