OpenGL seems to work more smoothly than Direct3D9, 11. Do you know why?.

GPU: ATI HD 6970 2GB

CPU: AMD Phenom X6 1055T 2,80 GHZ

Maybe it's me.

I think this depends on how good the graphics driver implementations of OpenGL and DirectX are. As DirectX is used mostly on windows, most drivers seem to have better optimizations for it, and that might be the main reason why dolphin runs better with DirectX. Apparently, that's not true for your card, tough (yay).

Settings?
Revision?
Driver version?
Any info. at all other than specs?

Sure,

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64x

Backend: Direct 3D9, 11, Fullscreen resolution: 640x480, Aspect ratio: Auto, Vsync:on, Use FullScreen: On,

Enhancements: Internal Resolution 1x Native (640x528), Anti Aliasing 8 samples (quality level 16) sometimes is none. Scaled EFB Copy: On,
Hacks: Ignore Format Changes:Yes, EFB Copies, To RAM, Texture Cache, Set Acuraccy to Fast all., External frame buffer disable, Fast Minimaps, Yes, OpenMP Texture Decoder Yes, Disable PPixelDepth, Yes. Force Console as NTSC-J, Yes, Framelimit, Auto, Audio set to LLE recompiler, Enable DTK Music and DSP LLE On Thread, with XAUDIO2, Use EuRGB60 Mode Pal60 Yes. Aspect Ratio 4:3

Revision: Dolphin 3.0-379-dirty, with tex-preload ICC Optimized builds by vlakipn-

Drivers: Recently installed this last one 11.12 Catalyst Version AMD.
Direct3D Version: 7.14.10.0879
OpenGL Version: 6.14.10.11318

When you move the camera in OpenGL, it seems to be more faster, "smooth", when in Direct3D this happens to be "a little slow" like stuttering considering that FPS are always 30 (Direct3D) in most times. I happen to use Direct3D9 and 11, 9 is the best, but 11 with Anti-Aliasing maxed out looks smoothly.

So is the framerate higher with openGL or is it just "stuttering" with d3d?

The Framerate.. seems to be lying now. OpenGL and D3D are the same.
Before updating my Drivers, OpenGL was faster than d3d, but with some graphic glitches, and the framerate was around 30, the speed was exactly like a console. d3d looks like stuttering in some times "it is stable".

Now after update the drivers, OpenGL won't show any graphic glitches, and looks like D3D.

OpenGL and D3D Framerates are, 30.

d3d 11 has AA? My dx11 plugin has only AF and IR options. Perhaps it's my GFX card...

Yes the d3d11 backend supports MSAA, but only on d3d10.1 or higher compliant hardware.

I thought it was you needed dx10 to even use the plugin and dx11 for aa, perhaps it is 10 to use and 10.1 for aa?
