Hi,

I have an issue with wii games (I only tested MKW and Twilight Princess), only when I use D3D11 and not a stable version.
For MKW, when I launch it, all my screen goes black for a couple of seconds, and it's the turn of the game screen to become white, the game still running but only my mouse work, and obviously, I can't play because of the white screen. Sometimes (most of the time) some weird artifacts appears on my screen, and stay here until I sleep mode my PC.

At the beginning, this following error message came with the white screen "Failed to create xxxxx D3D backing texture" (the numbers instead of x wasn't always the same I think). But now there is no more message, just the screen doing weird things.

Also, I have an old laptop (even if it's a really good gaming laptop, he dates from 2009), but it's perfectly fine with the stable version, I don't understand why, someone can explain me?

Are the specs on your profile correct? I'm surprised you can run dolphin at all.

Yes, with some games like smash bros or F-Zero GX he struggle a lot, but it still run (at 40fps or something), however, wind waker, Mario sunshine, and Twilight Princess (on stable version) run perfectly, with lag pike sometimes, (I just tested the first minutes of each, but it's work)

Your computer doesn't support it.

Dolphin's minimum requirements are a GPU with DirectX feature level 11_0 or OpenGL 3.3, and for the best results you'll need DirectX feature level 11_1 or OpenGL 4.4. Your NVIDIA GPU has only DX 10_0 feature level and supports only the bare minimum for Dolphin with OpenGL, so the fact it even manages to boot something with current Dolphin versions is a miracle.

Then, there's your Core 2 Duo CPU which is just too slow. You might be able to run some very old Dolphin versions but you'll be on your own, as we only provide support for the latest stable release and the latest development versions...
